02 — The path

Fifteen years, and three shifts in how people search.

I didn’t start in AI visibility, the category didn’t exist. I started in technical SEO in 2011, moved into schema markup and entity optimization as Google’s knowledge graph matured, and shifted fully into AI search visibility when LLMs began replacing traditional search for buyer-intent queries. From Google rankings to entity graphs to AI citations. Each date below matches a client record, a platform profile, or GA4 data.

2011

Started freelancing

Began taking web design, WordPress and SEO projects from Bangladesh in June 2011, mostly site builds for small businesses.

2014 →

Building on Upwork and Fiverr

Grew a client base on both platforms: 592 completed Fiverr orders for 400+ clients and Top Rated status on each. About 80% of the work was site builds, which is where the technical foundation comes from.

2019–2023

From builds to growth

Moved into full-stack digital marketing for service businesses: SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, conversion rate optimization and marketing strategy.

Dec 2025

The Elite Business Insurance engagement

Started work with a BBB A+ rated commercial insurance agency in Tampa that had almost no organic traffic, a mobile PageSpeed score of 48 and no presence in AI answers.

Mar 2026

First ChatGPT-referred lead

On March 31, 2026, a quote request arrived tagged utm_source=chatgpt.com. AI search had become a lead channel I could measure.

2026

HelloHafiz and NextLab

Formalized the Entity Visibility Framework™ as five measurable steps, with AI Presence Rate (APR) as its yardstick. Q2 2026 closed with at least 29 UTM-verified ChatGPT leads for Elite Business Insurance.

03 — How I work

Four principles, applied to every engagement.

01

Every claim names its source.

Numbers come with where they came from: GA4, Google Search Console, UTM logs or the client’s CRM. AI-referred leads are reported as a floor, never padded into a total.

02

Entity first, keywords second.

Work starts by defining who the business is, what it does and where, in terms machines can read: schema, consistent profiles and linked sources.

03

Measure before changing anything.

Every engagement starts with an AI Presence Rate (APR) baseline: the same buyer prompts run across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude, so progress is checked against a real starting point.

04

Founders, not procurement.

You work with me directly. No account managers, and no hand-offs to people who haven’t seen your data.

04 — What I don't do

What you won't get from me.

✕ Guaranteed rankings or citations

AI answers change between runs. I guarantee measurement, not positions.

✕ Black-hat link building

No PBNs, link schemes or bought guest posts.

✕ Content mills

No keyword-stuffed posts written to hit a word count.

✕ Enterprise procurement

No RFPs and no agency middlemen.

✕ Dashboards nobody reads

Monthly reports are written documents that say what changed and why.

07 — In my own words

Why I do this work.

I started freelancing in 2011 because I needed the work. I stayed because I liked the craft: making a website do its job.

For most of those years, the job was ranking on Google. Then buyers started asking ChatGPT who to call, and the businesses I’d built sites for, with real reviews and real reputations, weren’t in the answers. Good service doesn’t get you cited. Clear entity signals, a sound technical base and content written to be quoted do.

I didn’t invent AI search visibility. I’ve spent fifteen years on the foundations it runs on, and since March 2026 I’ve had the UTM data to show the approach works.
