Md Hafizur Rashid
I help service businesses become the answer AI recommends. For 15 years, across 1,000+ projects, I’ve worked at the intersection of technical SEO, entity optimization and generative AI — building the method that became the Entity Visibility Framework™.

Md Hafizur Rashid is an AI Search Visibility expert and the founder of NextLab, the agency behind the HelloHafiz brand. Based in Bangladesh and freelancing since 2011, he has delivered more than 1,000 projects for clients across the United States, Australia and Europe. He is the creator of the Entity Visibility Framework™ (EVF), a five-step system for making service businesses the answer that ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude recommend. His work sits at the intersection of technical SEO, schema markup, entity optimization and generative engine optimization (GEO, AEO, LLMO). He is a Top Rated freelancer on Upwork and Fiverr, with roughly 94% of delivered projects rated five stars.
Fifteen years of showing up.
I didn’t start in AI visibility — the category didn’t exist. I started in technical SEO in 2011, moved into schema markup and entity optimization as Google’s knowledge graph matured, and shifted fully into AI search visibility when LLMs began replacing traditional search for buyer-intent queries.
Four principles. No exceptions.
Every claim is source-linked.
If I put a number on this site — traffic growth, leads, PageSpeed — it comes with a source. GA4 screenshot, UTM log, client dashboard. No vanity metrics. No “we helped a client” without receipts.
Entity-first, not keyword-first.
AI engines cite entities, not pages. The work starts with defining who you are — your brand, your founder, your category — in machine-readable terms. Everything else builds on that.
Measurement before optimization.
We baseline your AI Prompt Rate (APR) before we touch anything. If we can't measure it, we don't touch it. Monthly reports are written documents, not dashboards you'll never open.
I work with founders, not procurement.
Every engagement is with the founder or marketing owner directly. No account managers, no handoffs, no “your strategist will follow up.” You work with me, or you don't work with me.
Equally important: what's not here.
Guaranteed rankings
No ethical SEO or AI visibility provider can guarantee specific rankings or citations. I sell a measurable process, not a promise of Page 1.
Enterprise procurement
I don't work through procurement departments, RFPs or agency middlemen. If you need that, I'm not the right fit.
Black-hat link building
No PBNs, no paid guest posts, no link schemes. Citation building is done through legitimate third-party sources — press, directories, Wikipedia (where eligible).
Generic content mills
I don't publish 2,000-word blog posts stuffed with keywords. Every piece of content is engineered for a specific buyer-intent query and tested for AI citation.
Dashboards you'll ignore
Monthly reports are written documents — a narrative of what happened, what it means, and what's next. Not a 47-tab Looker studio you'll open once.
Hype words
You won't find “unlock”, “elevate”, “game-changer”, “revolutionize” or “cutting-edge” anywhere on this site. Every sentence is either verifiable or it isn't here.
Writing, teaching, showing the work.
First person. Brief.
I started freelancing in 2011 because I needed the work. I stayed because I liked the craft. Somewhere along the way, the craft changed — from keyword rankings to entity graphs to AI citations — and I changed with it.
I don't claim to have invented AI search visibility. I claim to have shown up for it, every day, for fifteen years, with a thousand projects worth of pattern recognition behind me. The Entity Visibility Framework is just the codified version of what I've learned.
If you're a founder or marketing owner of a service business, and you want to know whether AI recommends you — or could — let's talk. Thirty minutes, free, no pitch.
